We have had some really terrific nurses at Providence and we have had some real duds. This afternoon's nurse was a dud. As mom put it herself, according to Gretchen, she takes her own sweet time.
Gretch called me around 6:30 and said that they were ready to move mom to the ICU. At aroung 8pm she called back and said she just got there. Aaargh! But she is set now and she took some potassium pills and she had some put into her IV so hopefully her heart rate will come down and she will have a restful night. I wish the same for all of you.
BTW Adrienne had the brilliant idea to bring the EZ Christmas CD to the hospital and she was playing it for mom earlier through the laptop. It is a nice way for me to be there while I can't be there.
