We had a really good night. She got a full sponge bath and linen change about 1:00 this morning, and the nurse tech that we have (Chris) not only had everything he needed right there but had things stacked in the order that they were going to be needed. Mom was very impressed, it helped that he was strong and could turn her in one "oomph".
We've talked alot about what's been going on and why she is here. The nurse mentioned that she had stitches in her neck, which came as a total shock to mom. So I explained what had happened, and she told me what she thought had happened. Things make little more sense.
Her breakfast was still liquid, they have ordered a new one, but in the meantime Gordon and I are picking her up a few things from the cafeteria.

Hope everything is so nutritious that it will get her stronger and healthier. She's had quite a battle. Praises to her and kudos to everyone that has been with her by her bedside.
