In hotel rooms I dread it. I lay awake knowing that it is coming. I say, mommy, just let me go to sleep before you. She says, good luck with that. Hoooonnkkk!**
In a hospital room it is music to my ears. It means she is asleep. Truly and hopefully, deeply asleep. I wait for it and then I can finally doze off. I have been getting a few good snores today, but not nearly as many as I know she needs.
The roommate snores, but that doesn't count.
**I know Adrienne will tell you that I snored just as loudly as mom on our cruise last June, but, quite frankly, what does that have to do with anything.
