Jeannette came over last night. She bought me a very attractive Pulsar watch as an appreciation gift. The only bad thing about it was it has a clasp and not an expansion bracelet. But it will be my "dress-up" watch, so y'all remind me when we get dressed for Stephi's wedding to wear my dress-up watch.
Anyways, she mention that her kids had called Marc to see how he fared during the storm. I knew he had moved from St. Petersburg and when I looked in my address book, his new address is in Port Charlotte. It turns out the storm came very close to his place but no damage.
I'm glad the storm veered south and didn't hit Longboat Key. If we had sustained damage at Four Winds I don't doubt there would have been an assessment on all the time share owners.
