In case any of you are wondering about your Aunt Monica who now lives directly on the west coast of Florida; she battened down her hatches and took herself and her new SUV over to Kim's place for the rest of the week.
Lots of flights from DTW have been delayed or cancelled. Spirit says there will be no flights to Ft. Meyers until Saturday and flights to Tampa have been delayed indefinitely.

I did think about here this morning while watching the line of people evacuating Key West, but I thought she might be OK since she is further north.
I am glad that she is well enough to drive, even her new SUV.
Wow, I just watched the sattelite picture while I was home at lunch and it looks like Charlie said "where did Monica move to again?" He is headed right for her place in Treasure Island.
