The sale of my old unit closed yesterday. I got my check from the buyer (for the carpeting and misc.) and will get the check from Holliday Park (for balance of equity and authorized improvements minus whatever they charge me for misc. repairs etc.) as soon as the final water bill comes in. I am also waiting for the final electric bill.
I will exercise on the the percs of the new place when I walk (that's right walk) up to the clubhouse on Friday for dominos.
