I think it is interesting and worth comment that we had eight decades of ages at Four Winds, the timeshare on Longboat Key in June. For these purposes I'm assuming that all in-laws are in the same decade as their spice.

How close is someone in the 0's to being promoted to the 10's, an empty slot?

The closest 0 being promoted to the 10's is Sarah, who is 5, and then Austin who is 4. But by that time we should have a new 0 from Danny and Janna.
