I submitted my papers for transfer yesterday. After receiving all my quarterly investment statements I was armed with my financial information necessary to do that. The Unit I am requesting transfer to is Kitty-Korner from Rita and now all I have to do (assuming that my request is approved) is wait for the lady that lives there to move out or die.

What type of unit is this? A, B, C, or D?
There's only one single level unit in the whole place? Why do you have to wait for one particular unit?
The unit I'm requesting is a Barclay, just like Rita's. I am actually farther ahead requesting a particular unit like this because the list for random units is very very long. When someone requests a particular one and that one frees up, they get first shot. This lady lost her husband a couple of years ago and she is doing poorly. Her daughter comes over to "do" for her and from conversation with the daughter Rita thinks the lady might be going into an assisted living facility in the not too distant future. She could be wrong. But its a unit I would agree to move to live in.
Refresh me on Barclay...
Good job. Do all my sister's know that we are going to move you? This is the official notice. Mom goes on a cruise and we move everything. [I think Jackson will have to come and help of course.]
The Barclay has one main level with, in my opinion, one and a half bedrooms. There is a master bedroom and a small sunroom that opens to the patio. Aunt Rita has a couch in hers that we have used for sleeping in the past. It also have a full basement that is bigger than mom's is now, since the floor plan is bigger. It will give her more space in the living room and kitchen and keep the stair climbing to a minium (laundry only).
I will be there as soon as you are ready, packing and moving. Or if you need me to keep you company on the cruise while my other sisters move you, that would be OK too.
As much as I want you to enjoy your cruise, Erika can't go--she's the best packer and mover on the planet and I get her. I'm sure you know plenty of terrible movers who'd like to go on a cruise (and pay their own way of course).
