I think I saw this one on TV. Was this a re-run that you were watching, or a new episode? I remember that last Spring Break, there were a bunch of Xavier students that went to TPIR and the one guy got all the way to the showcase. But, he knew nothing about pricing items and he lost miserably. Anyway, glad he gave me a shout out :-D

I have an idea-don't set a date or time for the beginning of the diet, just leave it questionable, like "I guess I'll start my diet one of these days", then go on as (almost) normal, like you're waiting for that day to come to really get serious, while you're still toying with cutting back a little, until the diet date gets set, and perhaps you'll lose some weight? I shouldn't talk tho, I haven't been able to lose more than 1# on-again and off-again for a long time. Maybe I'll try this mind trick myself.
