No News
I was reminded this morning why I hate to watch the news. I left the TV on all night and woke up to the news this morning and they were discussing the Michael Jackson case. Evidently the Judge is going to make a ruling soon about whether or not the "prior bad acts" can be introduced as evidence to this jury. One of the bases for the decision is whether or not the facts of the prior acts are more compelling than the facts from this act. My interpretation of this is that the more likely it is that he did the prior acts, the less likely it is that this jury will be able to hear about them. How does that make sense.

And who the heck would care. Is there someone watching this thinking "well, if he is found innocent Little Joey can go play over there."
